United Church of Christ
We are part of the United Church of Christ (UCC). A denomination created from the 1957 merger of the Congregational Christian Churches and the Evangelical and Reformed Church.
The United Church of Christ (UCC) is a distinct and diverse community of Christians that come together as one church to join faith and action. With more than 5,100 churches and 1.1 million members across the U.S., the UCC serves God in the co-creation of a just and sustainable world. The UCC is a church of firsts, a church of extravagant welcome, and a church where “…they may all be one” (John 17:21).
The UCC also has ministry partners around the world through our Global Ministries. We partner with the Christian Church/Disciples of Christ to serve in a variety of ways in mutual partnership across the globe.
Montana/Northern Wyoming Conference
The United Church of Christ is divided into regional bodies called Conferences. We are a member congregation of the Montana-N. Wyoming Conference, comprised of thirty-three UCC churches. Our Conference Office is located in Billings.
Great Falls Interfaith Association
Within Great Falls we are an active member church of the Great Falls Interfaith Association. The purpose of the Great Falls Interfaith Association (GFIA) is to move toward greater cooperation, openness, and understanding of people of Faith. We respects each member’s faith and uphold the dignity and American Constitutional right of each to exist and lawfully practice their particular Faith.
