Children will begin in worship on February 24th, share a time with Rev. Lynne, then go to Sunday school to begin lessons on “David”—God chooses David to be king and David battles Goliath. Welcome new teachers Liz Lee and Beth Thomas, and helper Sherry Turner.
It’s coming— the 19th Annual Loaves & Fishes Dinner! April 12, 2019 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church (1326 1st Ave. N). Seating is at 4:30 P.M. & 6:00 P.M. All proceeds enable the FISH Food Pantry in Great Falls to continue providing emergency food to folks in our area!
Our next week to work at FISH is February 25th-March 1st. If you can help distribute food any day that week, from 9:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M., please call Carol Davidson, 452-6620.
Following worship on Feb. 24 (approximately 10:45 am), Rev. Lynne will hold a Children’s Communion Class in Room 4 for children ages 4-12. Snacks will be provided. Parents are also welcome. Please contact Janet Koostra, 727-8443, if you have any questions.

Our Lenten observance will begin on March 6 beginning with a Stone Soup Supper at 5 PM followed by the Ash Wedneseday Service at 6:15. Midweek Lenten Services will be held the remaining Wednesdays during Lent at 6:00 P.M.
Thank you to Maribeth Doan and Susan Voegele for helping with fellowship last week. The Fellowship Board is still accepting pies for fellowship on February 24th.
The Concordia Choir (Moorhead, MN) will be performing in Great Falls on March 14th at Great Falls High School Auditorium at 7:30 P.M. See the 2/20/19 GOOD NEWS button for more information.
The success of last year’s PIE FELLOWSHIP was wonderful. Once again, on Sunday, February 24th, coffee fellowship following the worship service will feature pies. There is a sheet on the table in the narthex for the congregation to sign up to make their favorite pie.
